Based on my 30-year-experience as real estate consultant as well as the results I have achieved, I am considered an acknowledged professional of the real estate market.

My fields of expertise are real estate development, asset management, and property management. I carry out operative work and provide consultancy in all these fields. Due to my qualification and work experience I am also an expert in design works, restoring monument buildings, conducting and controlling constructions.

My consultant activity covers the field of real estate investments as well, I carry out transaction due diligence, and together with my colleagues we also provide our clients with complete technical and operational due diligence.

I perform tenant and landlord representation, and provide consultancy in the restructuring, repositioning of commercial properties, preparing lease or sales strategies.

My services in the real estate market are characterized by long decades of experience, reliability, customer orientation, as well as the widespread knowledge of the professional actors. Several renowned actors of the Hungarian and the international real estate business could be listed among my clients and partners.
